Recap
In an escalating monster-trial on an “upside-down” pocket plane, the party fights two demonic creatures while Nutty finds a frozen Loxodon, Obadiah Jones, sealed in ice beside his dead former party. After every indignity short of fire fails to melt the ice, Rich’s summoned fire elementals free Obadiah, who wakes disoriented and covered in urine. Mid-fight, one demon grapples Jake, drags him into the Ethereal Plane, and drains his Strength to 0, knocking him unconscious there — the session ends with the party unable to reach him.
