A planar law-enforcement organization out of the city of Chrome, whose agents astral-project rather than travel physically. Hunting the Dyson Dynamo and now the party, whom it has marked as suspects.
History
- Investigators Thornshade and Iron Soul confront the party over the Dyson Dynamo, warning it “could unravel the fabric of reality” 2023-11-28 @ 00:37:54–00:38:31.
- Thornshade is defeated in a brawl with Gang, shows his real badge, and explains the Dynamo harvests souls @ 01:01:49–01:12:08.
- Marks the party as suspects regardless of Donnie’s bluff denying any knowledge of the Dynamo, then leaves after a gold-compensation offer is rebuffed @ 00:39:10–00:40:15, @ 01:14:51–01:18:33.
Unresolved
Thornshade vows to return; no later session has done so yet.
